In Mexico, the renting of living spaces is an industry that has experienced significant growth, with young people from 25 to 35 years old being the largest age bracket of tenants. However, it is usually a complicated process due to a large number of procedures requested to find a house or find a trusted tenant.

Homie came up with the idea of streamlining the process to connect property owners with people looking for a house.

We designed its beta platform to validate the market’s interest in the service and place the first properties for rent.

Homie has continued to gain market. In 2018, it received an investment of 1 million dollars to become a benchmark in Mexico City.
