23 was founded in 2015, to push not only ourselves, but design, and the world forward. Since then, we've collaborated with over 200 teams from different locations worldwide in industries including financial services, venture capital, telecommunications, travel, and music.
We are a team of curious yet ambitious people from different backgrounds and parts of the world working every day to influence the human experience through design.
We believe in collaboration, empathy, experiential learning, freedom with responsibility, and staying open-minded.
We think by doing, caring as much about the strategy as the execution. 
We have been invited to share our design process and frameworks with amazing companies around the world.

We are regular mentors at entrepreneurship events and acceleration programs.
We’ve taught courses at the two largest online learning communities en Español and teach Innovation and Design Strategies at Collective Academy’s Masters degree.

We premiered the documentary “Design Disruptors” and hosted the premiere of “RAMS” with director Gary Hustwit. Our team also organizes the Sketch meetup in Mexico City.
