One of the main challenges for startups is finding the right talent. This was known by michelada.io, a team of developers focused on the launch of ‘spicy digital products’.
They wanted to develop the prototype platform for hiring talent that was non-corporate, agile, accessible, collaborative and user-centered.
At 23, we helped them design the platform, the brand, and its communication, with the help of Harry, an otter who guided you through the platform. He has a lot of experience in hiring the right candidates for every team. He also loves to help and guide companies in performing better practices for hiring.
