Our contribution

Seguro X Kilómetro offers a unique service in Mexico: auto insurance that you pay when you use it, with the help of a device connected to an application.

They had two challenges to solve, especially in terms of user acquisition and retention: increasing their sales and making people use the app more.

We realized that we should start by explaining the value proposal, how the device works and the payment process.
