Our contribution

We worked with Eiya! (logistics provider for SMBs) to improve the tracking, shipping and picking system visualization, to enhance customer satisfaction.

We redesigned the admin platform for e-commerce, built a service map through which we identified the main pain-points (non-responsive design, fails in the invoicing system, order status not updated, and lack of visibility of coverage areas).
